1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "9apeso", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 9apeso.cam and all associated services.
• "Platform" refers to the 9apeso website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated software, services, and gaming products offered therein.
• "User", "you", or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform, accesses the Platform, or uses any service provided by 9apeso.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User upon successful registration with 9apeso.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, financial transaction, customer support, and promotional services provided by 9apeso through the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing the operations of 9apeso.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the monetary value held in a User's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with 9apeso, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services, you expressly agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents form a single, integrated legal agreement between you and 9apeso.

If you do not agree with any provision contained within these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications.

9apeso reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To register an account and use the Services offered by 9apeso, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or physically located within Philippine territory at the time of account registration and at all times when accessing the Platform.
• You must not be prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from participating in online gaming activities.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 9apeso, PAGCOR, or any other Philippine regulatory authority.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. 9apeso reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of Funds.

3.2 Account Registration Process

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile telephone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information in the event of any change.

You are permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account with 9apeso. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Funds or winnings held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your Account shall be deemed to have been authorized by you.

You agree to notify 9apeso immediately via live chat or email if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. 9apeso shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

In accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and to ensure the security and integrity of the Platform, 9apeso reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any User at any time.

Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Social Security System (SSS) ID
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

You may be required to provide a clear photograph of the front and back of your identification document, as well as a "selfie" photograph holding the same document. Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, may also be requested.

9apeso will not process any withdrawal request until satisfactory KYC verification has been completed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 9apeso may be suspended or closed, and Funds may be withheld pending resolution.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Deposit Methods

9apeso accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Landbank, and other Philippine commercial banks)
• Cryptocurrency (USDT and other supported tokens, subject to availability)

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. There is no maximum deposit limit unless imposed by your chosen payment provider.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to process, depending on the sending bank's processing times. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation.

9apeso does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond the control of 9apeso.

5.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all Funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity. 9apeso reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on the source of Funds at any time, and you agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed by 9apeso in writing.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Daily withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier status and are clearly displayed in your Account dashboard.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: 5 to 30 minutes
• Bank Transfer: 1 to 3 business days

9apeso reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of these Terms, or failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

9apeso does not charge any withdrawal fees for standard withdrawal requests. However, expedited withdrawal processing or requests to withdraw to a payment method different from the deposit method may incur administrative fees at the discretion of 9apeso.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

9apeso may offer various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards (collectively, "Promotions") from time to time. Participation in any Promotion is subject to the specific terms and conditions of that Promotion, as published on the Platform at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, all Promotions are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods are clearly disclosed in the terms of each Promotion.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

9apeso operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. The following activities are prohibited and constitute bonus abuse:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion more than once
• Collusion with other Users to exploit Promotions
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to wager bonus funds
• Placing irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements
• Depositing funds solely to claim a bonus and immediately withdrawing without placing genuine wagers

Any User found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

8. Game Rules and Fair Play

8.1 Game Integrity

8.2 Prohibited Conduct

8.3 Malfunction and Disconnection

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or loss of internet connectivity during a game session, 9apeso will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly in accordance with the game provider's malfunction policy. 9apeso shall not be liable for any losses arising from disconnections caused by your internet service provider, device, or factors outside the Platform's direct control. In the event of a provable Platform-side malfunction that results in an erroneous game outcome, the affected round may be voided and stakes refunded to your Account.

9. Responsible Gaming

9apeso is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help our players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the Platform without our express prior written consent.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by 9apeso is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

9apeso processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). All personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently for the legitimate purposes of operating a regulated online gaming platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9apeso, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of gaming opportunity due to technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Services for regulatory, technical, or operational reasons

In all cases, 9apeso's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of verified Funds deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Suspension and Closure

9apeso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority
• Identification of the Account holder as a minor (under 21 years of age)
• Discovery that the Account holder resides in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited

In the event that an Account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified Funds remaining in the Account balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Account holder via the most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any applicable withdrawal verification requirements.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines in connection with any dispute arising from or related to these Terms.

14.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising between you and 9apeso relating to the Platform or Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 9apeso customer support via the 24/7 live chat facility. 9apeso will endeavour to respond to and resolve all formal disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for formal regulatory review in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

15. Miscellaneous Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 9apeso with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

15.3 Waiver

No failure or delay by 9apeso in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of such right. No single or partial exercise of any right, power, or privilege shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power, or privilege.

15.4 Force Majeure

9apeso shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, power failures, internet disruptions, acts of government, regulatory changes, war, or civil unrest.
